Day shift 4x10-hour schedule 7am - 5pm
1:11 patient ratio
Outpatient clinic setting
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Guaranteed hours with call-off limited to once per pay period
Treats adolescent and adult patients
Various conditions including orthopedics and neurological
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
