Monday - Friday with Saturday option for alternate day off
32 hours guaranteed first 2 weeks, then 40 hours guaranteed
5 - 6 patients per day
Home health setting
Adult patient population
30 mile radius coverage area with flexible scheduling
Home health experience preferred but willing to train
HCHB experience preferred but willing to train

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
