Description

If you are interested in making a significant impact as a Adapted Physical Education Teacher in a School setting in Santa Barbara, CA this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities:

Design and implement safe and engaging activities that promote muscle development and cardiovascular health
Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among students
Adapt physical games and activities to accommodate children with disabilities
Create individualized games and activities based on each child's specific needs
Work with students who have various disabilities, including blindness, hearing impairments, orthopedic issues, and traumatic brain injuries

Qualifications:

CA licensure in Physical Education or Special Education
Adaptive Physical Education credential
