Description

If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care in YORK, ME this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients' health status.
Develop care plans and coordinate follow-ups.
Administer medications, vaccines, and assist with minor procedures.
Educate patients on care, prevention, and self-management.
Document patient interactions and treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in quality improvement and ensure patient safety.
Assist with scheduling and clinic tasks.

Qualifications:

ME Registered Nurse license
BLS/ACLS, and Ambulatory Care Nurse certification (optional)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience RN, preferably in ambulatory or outpatient settings
