Description

If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Acute Care in PHOENIX, AZ this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities:

Continuously evaluate and monitor patients' health, vital signs, and progress.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and adjust individualized care plans.
Provide prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies while monitoring responses.
Respond to acute changes in patient condition with immediate interventions and life-saving measures.
Educate and support patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
Work with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

AZ Registered Nurse license
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Acute care setting
