Description
Responsibilities:
- Teach Braille, assistive technology, and independent living skills
- Adapt educational materials and ensure curriculum accessibility
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with staff to implement accommodation and train them in supporting visually impaired students
- Communicate with parents on progress and connect them with resources
- Provide accessible materials and teach students to use assistive tools
- AZ teacher certification/license
- AZ Special Education credentials for TVI
- Certification in Braille
- Experience in Assistive technology
- Pay: $2,393.94 - $2,467.98 / week
- Location: Glendale, AZ
