Opportunity:

PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts with flexible scheduling, primarily Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Minor holiday coverage required, major holidays only if needed
• Assigned to a geographical region for home-based care
• 1.5-2 weeks orientation provided
• Business attire with white lab coat required, no jeans permitted
• Use Cerner electronic medical records system
• BLS certification required
• Speech therapists - CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential preferred/required
• Must have experience with OASIS (government mandated form)
• Minimum one year experience in PT/OT/Speech required
• Home setting experience preferred but not required
• Treat patients with orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint issues, spinal injuries
• Speech therapy covers comprehensive range of conditions
• Work with rehab aides, OTAs, and PTAs as part of the care team
• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
