Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2661.20

Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

• 8 or 10 hour shifts depending on facility need
• Monday start dates available with hospital approval
• Must have extensive outpatient therapy experience with adults
• Experience required in neuro conditions and post-surgical care
• May include some inpatient responsibilities but outpatient skills are essential
• Plan and administer medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs
• Provide diagnostic and therapy services under valid provider orders
• Participate in patient identification and referral through screening and evaluations
• Re-evaluate skilled needs and modify treatment plans as warranted
• Prepare and maintain written and electronic documentation including billing, evaluation reports, treatment plans and daily progress notes
• Use EPIC charting system
• Current Oregon licensure as Occupational Therapist required or eligibility with evidence of application
• Current driver's license required or acceptable alternative
• Computer literacy skills required
• BLS Certification required
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
