Opportunity:

RN - L&D

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Labor and Delivery unit located on the 3rd floor of the main building
• Unit features 29 beds, 4 ORs, 3 PACU bays, 12 antepartum rooms, and 10 triage rooms
• Patient ratio of 2:1
• Night shift team consists of 20 RNs, 1-2 CSTs, 1 Charge, and 1 Flex
• Perform vaginal and cesarean section deliveries, D&Cs, hysterectomies, postpartum tubals, cerclage placements, and versions
• Manage high-risk OB patients
• Work with Centricity and GE monitors
• Utilize Meditech and CPN EMR systems
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital L&D experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN
• Meditech experience preferred
• PACU and OR experience preferred
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently and support fellow teammates

This facility is a full-service hospital featuring a comprehensive Labor and Delivery unit with a highly experienced and tenured staff. The unit is well-equipped with modern technology including Centricity and GE monitors to support a wide range of obstetric and gynecological procedures. With a robust team structure and a strong focus on high-risk OB care, the facility provides an excellent environment for skilled L&D nurses to thrive and grow professionally.
