MS -Step-down, RN

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• ASAP start date available
• Care for adult and geriatric patient population
• Maintain a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• 1-2 years of step-down or telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Work with EMR systems: Paragon and Pyxis
• Provide medical-surgical step-down unit care
• Monitor and care for patients requiring intermediate level of care between ICU and general medical floors
