Extension for Abbey S. and she can extend for longer than 13 if she wants to
Job Details:
• Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel
• Must have permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission
• Compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward
• BLS certification required and must be active with nothing pending
• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• Background checks reviewed but no open cases accepted
• No license hits accepted
• Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine drug screen required within 12 months of start
• BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start date
• Pre-start modules required and billable up to 4 hours
• Annual modules required and billable up to 4 hours for continuous year contracts
• Extensions possible for 18 months with 6 month break requirement afterward
• Strict no-call policy in place
