Home Health OT

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Provide occupational therapy services in home health setting
• Mileage reimbursement provided in addition to compensation
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required
• Occupational Therapy licensure required in all applicable states of practice
• CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS) certification required from approved vendor
• Valid Driver's License required and must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Epic experience preferred
• ASAP start available with additional start date of 7/6 available
