Opportunity:

NICU RN

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 variable shifts (primarily days with some night coverage required)
• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date
• Every other weekend requirement
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float potential to Postpartum for stable couplet care with 1-2 orientation shifts if no couplet experience
• May float to Pediatrics with 1:3 ratio for bili babies, feeder/growers, failure to thrive cases
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Epic charting system experience required
• Care for neonates 32 weeks gestation and up in Level II NICU setting
• Handle conditions including RDS, sepsis, NOWS/NAS, hyperbilirubinemia, and failure to thrive
• Perform IV placement and maintenance, administer PPN/Lipids, manage short-term intubations
• Work with equipment including CPAP and HFNC
• Complete pre-start modules averaging 16 hours (non-billable)
• Provide 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years
• Local travelers within 50 miles of facility not eligible
