Opportunity:
PET/NUC MED Technologist
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (begin times may vary by one hour)
• One weekday call required with weekend call every 4th or 5th weekend
• Potential to rotate to other shifts based on staffing needs
• Required certifications: BLS/ACLS, ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) registry, CNMT or ARRT (NM), ARRT (CT)
• Must be highly organized with multitasking skills, efficient time management, and able to work autonomously
• AIDET training required for patient experience
• Work with GE Discovery 630 and GE Infinia equipment, Xeleris 5 software, GE 8 slice PET CT scanner
• Use Meditech documentation system
• Required uniform: Gray scrubs
• Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures: Nuclear Stress Test, Cardiac Amyloidosis, MUGA, Parathyroid scans, V/Q with pulmonex, GI Bleed, Hida, Gastric Empty, Bone Scans, DaTscans, Brain Flow, Renogram, Thyroid Uptake and Scan, Cisternograms
• Perform PET CT procedures: Oncology, prostate and amyvid PET scans
