Physical Therapist - Epic Conversion

Job Details:

• 8-week contract position
• Day shift schedule working 5x8 hours
• Must start no later than August 24, 2026
• Orientation available on August 3rd or August 17th
• Guaranteed hours: scheduled hours are billable unless the worker voluntarily calls out or takes time off
• Guaranteed hours apply for the duration of the 8-week contract only
• Active PT license required
• BLS certification required
• Cerner and Epic experience required within the last 5 years
• Must have worked as an employee of an organization or successfully completed a prior contract
