Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in a 2-room Cath Lab with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift position with on-call callbacks as needed for night shift coverage
• Every other weekend on-call required
• Every other night on-call during the week required
• 30-minute response time required for callbacks
• Must have experience with IABP and Impella
• Must have Interventional Cath Peripheral/Coronary experience
• EP experience preferred
• Perform procedures including heart caths, interventions, pacemakers, AICD, Watchman, EP ablations, and peripheral venous/arterial procedures
• Work with equipment including IABP, Impella, stents, balloons, IVUS, FFR, and Ultrasound
• Document using Meditech EMR system
• Float to IR, ICU (if competency verified), and Pre/Post PACU Cath as needed
• Required certifications: ACLS, RCIS
• Dress code: Navy scrubs

Facility:

This facility operates a full-service Cath Lab with two labs staffed by a dedicated team of monitor technicians, registered nurses, and cath lab technicians. The unit performs a wide range of cardiac and peripheral procedures and is equipped with advanced technology to support interventional and electrophysiology cases. The facility maintains strong interdisciplinary support with connections to IR, ICU, and Pre/Post PACU Cath departments.
