Job Details:

• Work in a state-of-the-art radiology department with all GE equipment
• Perform CT scans, MRI, body scanner procedures, and X-rays
• Create pictures of bones, organs, and tissues to combine for accurate picture assessments
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on patient stability
• Work with variety of physicians, radiologists, and patients
• Use Meditech EMR system for documentation
• Must have ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications
• Strongly prefer experience with GE equipment and Meditech
• Preferred certifications include RT (T), ASRT, and FASRT
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and medical/anatomical knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and show mechanical aptitude required
• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs
• Work with new 1.2 million dollar state-of-the-art computed tomography scanner

Facility:

This healthcare facility features an 18-bed radiology department with a comprehensive team of radiologists, radiologist techs, ultrasound techs, MRI techs, and CT techs. The facility operates with all GE equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, X-ray, and fluoroscopy equipment. Recently invested in a new 1.2 million dollar state-of-the-art computed tomography scanner and maintains recognition as a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center with American Heart Gold Plus Achievement Award.
