Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts for 5 days per week
• Weekend rotation required - every 3rd weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must have valid PT license
• CPR certification required
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016
• Minimum 2 years of experience in submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
• ICU experience preferred but not required
• Must provide RTO, birthdate, and social security number for processing
