Job Details:
• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence
• Work with patients across all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Provide services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Conduct inpatient acute care evaluations, treatment, and discharge recommendations for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and ADL needs
• Deliver outpatient interventions including hand therapy, orthopedics, neuro treatments, custom splinting, driving assessments, and ADL training
• Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
• Must be available for interview scheduling via phone or email
