Opportunity:

Home Health RN

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Point system equivalent to 4-6 patient visits daily
• Tablet used to track time and visits
• Business casual or Hunter green scrubs with white or black top required
• Must complete Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
• Common cases include elderly falls and fractures
• Charting system: Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• BSN not required
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
