Opportunity:

VAR SHIFT 1Y/1ST TIMER - MS/Tele RN - Req 10172

Job Details:

• Variable shift schedule working as MS/Tele RN
• Patient ratios of 1:5
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience required
• Weekend coverage required - minimum every other weekend
• Float between units and facilities as needed based on census
• Will float between Providence St. Joseph's hospital and Providence Mt. Carmel hospital
• No on-call responsibilities
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, peripheral line care/management, and use of rapid response/code teams
• Scrub color: Any color allowed for RN/Allied staff
• Valid WA or Compact RN license required
• 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must complete non-billable modules pre-start (average 16 hours)
• Compliance documents due Monday prior to start date

This critical access healthcare facility features 23 total staff beds and utilizes Epic charting systems. The organization operates multiple sister facilities in the area and emphasizes interdisciplinary patient care. The facility provides comprehensive medical and telemetry services with modern equipment and maintains strong rapid response protocols. Free parking is provided for all staff members.
