Opportunity:
PCU/Med-Tele RN - Night Shift
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-14 week assignment length depending on start date
• Unit combines PCU and Med/Tele beds with typical ratios of 1:5, adjusted for acuity
• Manager strives to provide blocked scheduling whenever possible
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital experience required with at least 1 year in PCU
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment
• Active nursing license required at time of submission
• Required certification: AHA BLS
• Use MEDITECH charting system
• BSN degree not required
• Strict 100-mile radius rule - local candidates not accepted
• Facility will not accept candidates with ANY license hits
• Current NURSYS report must be included at submission
• Bi-weekly orientation schedule (6/1, 6/15, 6/29...)
• Orientation starts Tuesday with Monday appointment for occupational health and HR if needed
• Onboarding must be completed at least 7 calendar days prior to start date
• 2 shifts cancellation policy per assignment
