Opportunity:

TRAVEL RN ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Every other weekend requirement with no on-call responsibilities
• 2 years of hospital emergency department experience required
• Must have active compact nursing license at submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS and/or ENPC
• Preferred certifications: CEN, CPEN, TCRN
• Experience in FSED (Free-Standing Emergency Department) environment preferred
• Work independently in 11-bed emergency department
• Variable patient ratios depending on census
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Float to Portsmouth ED and Seabrook ED as needed
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Must demonstrate independence, critical thinking, adaptability, and strong clinical/relational skills
• Perform full range of emergency department procedures and care

This free-standing emergency department operates as a full-service emergency facility providing comprehensive emergency medical care to the community. The 11-bed unit maintains 24/7 operations with a dedicated team of emergency medicine professionals. The facility utilizes Meditech EMR systems and offers a complete range of emergency services and procedures. The organization emphasizes independent practice and critical thinking skills while maintaining high standards for patient care and clinical excellence.
