Opportunity:

Catheterization Lab RN

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Call required 8-10 days per month (may vary based on need)
• Weekend coverage every third weekend (may vary based on need)
• Patient ratio of 3:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Care for adult patients with heart catheterization procedures including right hearts, pacemaker insertions, and low risk PCI
• Cross-train into interventional radiology with sedation administration for vascular angiograms and IR biopsies
• Work with specialized equipment including Teleflex IABP, Impella, and Boston Sci IVUS
• Use Omnicell medication system
• Must have 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and TN RN license
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• 8 hours of orientation provided
• Float to qualified units as needed based on census
• Complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of contract signing
