Opportunity:
Home Health Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Day shift, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Home health care setting
• 25% travel required
• California license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Charting system: Cerner
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
