Job Details:

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide orthopedic rehabilitation services
• Deliver neurological and stroke rehabilitation treatment
• Conduct balance and dizziness rehabilitation programs
• Treat chronic pain conditions using movement-based therapies
• Focus on returning patients to function and community activities
• Travel to multiple points of care as required
• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• Must provide interview availability and preferred contact method when applying
