Opportunity:

Radiology - U/S - MH

Job Details:

• Work 4x10-hour shifts on variable days from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call requirement of 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
• Weekend requirements apply except when on call
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• Department has 4 scanners/rooms available
• Average of 8-10 scans/studies per day, sometimes more
• Perform General, OBGYN, Vascular, Procedures, Drains, and Biopsy imaging studies
• Strong General and OBGYN experience required; Vascular experience preferred
• Procedures experience is a must-have skill
• No floating or coverage of other areas required
• No IV starts required
• Radiologist in-house except when on call
• Use Fuji EPIC PACS system and Phillips imaging equipment
• Charting system: EPIC
• Wear any professional color scrubs
• Required certifications: ARDMS (RDMS - General or OBGYN), BLS (AHA); RVT preferred, RDCS a bonus
• Radiology badge must be provided by agency

This acute care facility operates a dedicated Radiology Ultrasound department equipped with Phillips imaging technology and a Fuji EPIC PACS system. The department supports a full range of imaging studies including General, OBGYN, Vascular, and procedural imaging such as drains and biopsies. With an in-house radiologist available during standard hours and on-call coverage, the facility maintains a high standard of diagnostic imaging services for its patient population.
