Opportunity:

Pediatric MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Work holidays if they fall on scheduled shift
• Handle varied daily caseload including inpatient, ER, and outpatient cases
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and possible floating to other buildings on campus
• May float to sister facilities as needed
• No on-call requirements
• 1 year minimum experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, MR (ARRT)
• Accepted certifications: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
• Siemens experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Radiation badge not required
• Scrub color: Teal top, black bottom
• Charting system: Epic
• Parking: Nights and weekends only, one-time $20 payment for parking pass
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams
• Complete approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules pre-start

This is a large academic medical center serving as a Magnet-designated teaching hospital with Level 1 Trauma certification. The facility operates 865 staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services with a strong focus on education and research. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and offers advanced medical technology and specialized services across multiple campuses.
