Opportunity:
TRAVEL - RN - ICU (602)
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Position located on the 3rd floor of the Main Building
• 16-bed ICU/CCU unit with a patient ratio of 1 RN to 2 patients
• Day and night shifts include 1 CNC/Charge RN, 8 RNs, and 1 PCT for census of 14 patients
• Work with equipment including cardiac monitoring systems, ventilators, IV pumps, and tube feed pumps
• Use Meditech electronic medical records system
• Perform and assist with procedures including intubations and central line placements
• Care for medical ICU and neuro patient populations
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH stroke scale
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Experience with medical ICU and neuro populations preferred
• Collaborative team player personality is the best fit for this unit
