Opportunity:

CT Tech

Job Details:

• Perform CT scans, MRI, body scans, and X-rays
• Create images of bones, organs, and tissues and combine them to produce accurate picture assessments
• Work with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on patient stability
• Use all GE equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, X-ray, and fluoroscopy machines
• Document and manage patient information using Meditech EMR system
• Call requirements of 4 to 6 shifts per month on off days
• Work alongside radiologists, radiology techs, ultrasound techs, MRI techs, and CT techs
• Strong communication skills, medical and anatomical knowledge, and mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to multi-task and work with a variety of physicians, radiologists, and patients required
• Experience with GE equipment and Meditech strongly preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT) and BLS
• Florida State DOH License required
• Must provide own black scrubs
