Opportunity:

RN - OB

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend required
• Acute care setting
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• All staff are cross-trained in labor, mother/baby, newborn nursery, and postpartum care
• Charting systems used are TruBridge - Evident (Centricity and CPSI)
• More than 3 years of OB experience required
• BSN not required
• Cancellation policy allows up to 1 week's worth of guaranteed hours cancelled over a 13-week period
• Required certifications: ACLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, BLS Certification, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• All staff are expected to follow AWHONN staffing guidelines

Facility:

This facility operates a Level 1 maternity unit in the state of Ohio, providing comprehensive obstetric and postpartum care. The unit manages approximately 30 deliveries per month and features 6 postpartum rooms and 4 labor and delivery rooms. The organization follows AWHONN staffing guidelines and maintains a cross-trained staff to ensure comprehensive coverage across all areas of maternal and newborn care.
