Opportunity:
RN - L&D
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Position located on Floor 3A in the Main Hospital building
• Unit has 26 beds with a staff of 52
• Day shift minimum staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 3 nurses, and an ORT
• Patient ratios are 1:4 for antepartum patients and 1:1 or 1:2 for laboring patients (estimated, not guaranteed)
• Utilize Alaris pumps for patient care
• Chart using Meditech and CPN charting system (EMR)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Antepartum/high-risk L&D experience required - candidates without this will not be considered
• Mom baby or couplet care experience preferred
• Perform procedures including care for laboring patients, antepartums, C-sections, cerclages, and EDOB patients
• Must be flexible and able to work autonomously

The unit is equipped with modern technology including Alaris pumps and an advanced EMR system to support high-quality patient care. The team is composed of skilled and tenured staff dedicated to providing exceptional care for laboring patients, antepartum patients, and high-risk obstetric cases.
