Opportunity:

TRAVEL - RN - ED

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• 2 RNs staffed per shift with support from 1 MD available 24/7 and 1 radiology tech available 24/7
• Work in an 11-bed emergency department unit
• Perform EKGs, IV placements, and medication administration
• Perform conscious sedation and wound care procedures
• Utilize GE monitors, Baxter pumps, and Meditech EMR system
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ED RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ENPC, NIH, PALS, and CPI Blue Card
• Ability to work mid-shift and night shift required
• ER charge RN experience preferred
• Willingness to float between ED departments preferred
• Positive, flexible, and team-player personality is the ideal fit for this unit

Facility:

This facility is a freestanding emergency department operating 24/7 to provide emergency care services to the surrounding community. The unit is staffed with a dedicated team including registered nurses, a paramedic, an on-site physician, radiology technician, and security personnel around the clock. The facility utilizes modern equipment and technology to support a wide range of emergency procedures and patient care needs.
