Opportunity:
CT Tech - Radiology
Job Details:
• Work in a high-volume radiology unit averaging 180 CT exams per day across 3 scanners
• Patient ratio of 2 techs per scanner during the day shift with 3 total techs on overnight shifts
• Perform routine CT exams for emergency department and inpatient cases including trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA
• Operate GE CT equipment independently including GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32 slice scanners
• Document using Meditech documentation system
• At least 1 year of experience in a level 1 trauma setting required
• ARRT Radiography certification required; CT certification preferred
• Required dress code: Charcoal grey scrubs
• Compassionate care model followed for all patient interactions
• Facility is Joint Commission Accredited and CT ACR accredited

The facility houses the only Level I Adult and Level II Pediatric Trauma Centers in the region. The radiology department is ACR accredited in MRI, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and mammography, and has been voted among the top 100 hospitals for cardiovascular care.
