Opportunity:

CT Tech - SCG

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with call required
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Call or standby requirements apply with designated response time
• Float between CT and X-ray departments as needed
• Perform all CT scans including strokes and trauma imaging
• Assist with X-ray procedures in addition to CT responsibilities
• IV contrast administration experience required; overnight position with IVs started in ED or inpatient unit (technologists not required to start IVs)
• Work with GE 64-slice scanner in a 1-room CT department
• Utilize Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS systems
• No scrub color requirement
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT (CT), ARRT (R)
• Kansas state license required
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency
• Must be available and present in state for week of orientation
• Must reside within 60 miles of facility; driver's license must be submitted

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a CT and radiology department equipped with a GE 64-slice scanner and utilizes Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS systems. The department is supported by an in-house radiologist typically on site Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, along with a dedicated lead technologist and director. The facility maintains holiday staffing and provides departmental orientation to ensure clinicians are well-prepared for their roles.
