Opportunity:
Radiology/Maternal Fetal Medicine
Job Details:
• Perform high-risk OB/GYN ultrasound examinations in an outpatient clinic setting
• Minimum 2 years of high-risk OB experience required performing detailed anatomic ultrasound exams
• Experience required with Umbilical Artery and Middle Cerebral Artery Dopplers, Multiple Gestation, and Transvaginal Cervical length within a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Department
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
• Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend requirements
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
• Floating may be required between like departments, units, and facilities as needed
• Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS, ARDMS OB/GYN
• Required equipment experience: GE Voluson Ultrasound Machines (E10, Expert 22), ViewPoint Reporting, Epic
• Charting system: Epic (experience required)
• Scrub color: Royal blue
• Required skills include: Adult, High Risk OB, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Obstetrics, GE, PACS, Abdomen, Abdominal Circumference, Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Ventricles, Diaphragm, Duodenal Atresia/Intussusception, Fingers/Toes, Gender, Head, Heart, 1st/2nd/3rd trimester, Amniotic Fluid Index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, Inter/Intra-Orbital Measurements, Multiple Pregnancy, Placenta Previa, Umbilical Cord Doppler, Bladder, Ovaries, Transvaginal, Uterus, Vaginal, Color Flow, Doppler Studies, M-Mode, and Isolation Precautions/PPE
• An additional skills checklist will be required to be completed prior to clinical review
Facility:
This outpatient clinic specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, providing advanced diagnostic imaging and ultrasound services for high-risk OB/GYN patients. The facility maintains a daily census of 26 patients across 3 dedicated rooms and supports interpretation services as part of its interdisciplinary care model. The clinic utilizes state-of-the-art GE Voluson ultrasound technology and Epic for charting to ensure comprehensive and accurate patient care.
