Job Details:

• Start times will vary between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM as needed
• No on-call requirements
• Rotating weekends required - weekends will likely exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
• Block scheduling type with manager discretion for accommodations
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, CRT, Fluoroscopy Permit, and California state license
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Level II Trauma Center experience required; Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
• May be required to float to sister facility locations within the state
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Free parking available
• Patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Patient ratio is 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Required skills include: 3D rendering, abdomen with/without contrast, brain perfusion, carotid, cervical, chest with/without contrast, coronary CTA, CT arthrography, emergency department, enterography study, head with/without contrast, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, myelography, pediatric acute and outpatient care, pelvis with/without contrast, preparation and administration of contrast media, radiation safety, Siemens equipment, sinuses, soft tissue neck, starting peripheral IVs, thoracic, trauma head, vascular chest, vascular CTA, venipuncture, and X-ray
• Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
• Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period

This acute care hospital operates with 488 total staffed beds and provides a comprehensive range of medical services. The facility supports a wide variety of patient care needs across multiple age groups and utilizes Epic as its charting system. Interdisciplinary support services including respiratory services, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy are available to support clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
