CT Tech
Job Details:
• Weekend schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday — no weekend RTO permitted
• 2 x 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on Saturday and Sunday, plus 1 x 12-hour mid shift (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) on Monday
• 36 hours offered per week
• No call requirement
• No float requirement
• Fast-paced emergency department environment performing routine ED scans, Code Stroke, and Level 2 trauma cases
• Daily caseload of 150–200 scans across 4 rooms; typical caseload per tech in a 12-hour shift is 15–20 patients
• Patient population includes infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Must have experience working in a 500-bed or larger hospital
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required skills: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU, and some trauma
• CT procedure experience required: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, and Multiplanar Reconstruction
• GE and Siemens FORCE scanner experience is required — candidates without Siemens experience will not be considered
• Special equipment: Siemens FORCE scanner, Siemens S3000, Siemens Sequoia, and GE
• Unit systems: EPIC and Visage
• Preferred skills: Outpatient, IV starts, PACS, contrast administration
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R)(CT)
• Scrubs not provided — royal blue required

This is a large 650-bed facility that has recently achieved Level II Trauma designation, reflecting its commitment to providing high-acuity care to the surrounding community. The emergency department operates around the clock with multiple CT technologists on staff across shifts, supported by advanced imaging technology including Siemens FORCE scanners. The facility utilizes EPIC for charting and Visage for imaging, offering a high-volume, fast-paced environment ideal for experienced imaging professionals.
