Opportunity:

Acute Care Inpatient PT

Job Details:

• 10-hour day shifts
• Minimum of 2 weekends per month required (6 total in a 13-week contract)
• Daily caseload of approximately 10 patients
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics
• Stroke Certified Center with orthopedic-heavy caseload
• No wound care required
• Charting system: Epic (experience required)
• 3 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS and valid state license
• Block scheduling available at manager's discretion
• Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Free parking available

This is a MAGNET-designated acute care hospital with 426 total staffed beds. The facility is a Stroke Certified Center with a strong focus on orthopedic cases and maintains a physical therapy department with a daily census of 110 patients. The facility offers robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretarial support.
