Opportunity:
PT - Acute Inpatient
Job Details:
• 8 or 10-hour day shifts available
• Schedule options: 5x8s with flex weekend coverage or 4x10s (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday)
• Weekend coverage required 2-3 days per month
• Holiday rotation required
• No self-scheduling
• Caseload of 8-10 patients per day
• Work in acute inpatient setting covering Emergency Department and Med Surg areas
• Case types include total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis
• Must have understanding of pathology, lab values, and interdisciplinary communication
• At least one year of experience outside of clinicals required
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required
• BSN required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS
• Charting system: EPIC
• Scrub color: Royal Blue

This Level 2 Trauma Center provides comprehensive acute care services across multiple units including the Emergency Department and Medical Surgical floor. The facility operates with an interdisciplinary team model, including Physical Therapist Assistants, and utilizes EPIC as its charting system. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality patient care across a diverse range of medical conditions and post-surgical cases.
