Opportunity:
RN - ER
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts with multiple shift options available: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM, 11:00 AM-11:00 PM, 1:00 PM-1:00 AM, 3:00 PM-3:00 AM, and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
• Primary shift focus on mid shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Self-scheduling available, however shifts are not guaranteed until the schedule is finalized
• Weekend requirement is every third weekend with nights being Friday and Saturday and days being Saturday and Sunday
• Rotating holiday requirements
• No floating requirements
• Work in a 27-bed emergency department treating patients of all ages
• Phlebotomy available for lab draws
• Work alongside aids, EMTs, and paramedics on each shift
• Charting system: EPIC
• BSN not required
• Trauma Level 2 facility
• Acute care setting
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
• Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care
• Must pass an open book skills exam with a minimum score of 90% during orientation
• Request time off must be submitted upfront (7 or fewer days per 13-week contract) as additional RTO will not be approved
