Opportunity:
CT Technologist
Job Details:
• Variable schedule working 4x10-hour day shifts
• Work in CT and X-ray within a moderately busy, full-service Imaging department
• Primarily outpatient and ER traffic with some OR cases including pacemakers and orthopedic cases
• Department averages approximately 80 exams per day
• Required to work in Operating Room setting; Adult Acute Care and Adult ICU experience preferred
• Required skills include: portables, C-arm, extremities, abdomen GI, fluoroscopy studies, lower and upper extremities, enema studies, and surgery C-arm
• Preferred skills include: thoracentesis and paracentesis
• CT skills include: abdomen without and/or with contrast, brain perfusion, chest without and/or with contrast, CT arthrography, head without and/or with contrast, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, myelography, pelvis without and/or with contrast, vascular CTA, and preparation/administration of contrast media
• Experience with PACS and Philips systems preferred
• Community hospital experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of CT experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT-CT, BLS, and Fluoroscopy Permit
• Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

This full-service community hospital operates a comprehensive Imaging department that handles a high volume of outpatient and emergency department cases daily. The facility offers a broad range of imaging services including CT, X-ray, and fluoroscopy, as well as OR support for procedures such as pacemaker placements and orthopedic cases. The organization maintains high standards for imaging professionals and supports a collaborative, interdisciplinary care environment.
