Job Details:

• Day shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Variable weekend schedule required
• On-call responsibilities required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Perform CT scans and X-rays
• Experience with GE equipment required
• Preferred experience with GE 32 slice Rev EVO and Toshiba 32 slice scanners
• Preferred experience with GE PACS and Meditech RIS
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Floating required as needed
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT) Certified, Texas Radiologist License, BLS
• Gray or solid-colored scrubs preferred; facility will not provide scrubs
• No artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nails permitted
• Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer
• Body art must be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings

This healthcare facility operates a CT unit equipped with multiple imaging rooms and a range of advanced scanning technology. The facility utilizes GE and Toshiba scanners, digital portables, and C-arms to support a wide variety of diagnostic imaging procedures. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and professional conduct, with clear guidelines for staff appearance and floating policies to ensure seamless department operations.
