Opportunity:

RN - MS/Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend requirement based on unit needs and demands
• Holiday coverage required for 2026
• Acute care setting on a Medical/Telemetry unit with 96 beds
• Patient ratios of 1:4-6 with nurse aide support at 1:8-16 ratios
• Commonly treat patients with CHF, COPD, pneumonia, general surgical, and medical telemetry diagnoses
• Required to titrate drips including Heparin, blood, and IV fluids
• 16 telemetry-capable beds on unit with monitor techs; RNs validate and read strips
• Charge nurse and house supervisor support available on unit
• All RNs are subject to floating within their scope of practice
• Unit orientation consists of 3 shifts coordinated with onboarding process
• Charting system: EPIC
• Dress code: Navy scrub top and bottom
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required with telemetry experience
• Required certifications: BLS
• Washington state or Compact nursing license required
• BSN not required

This acute care facility operates a large Medical/Telemetry unit with 96 beds, providing comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of medical conditions. The unit is supported by a structured leadership team including charge nurses and house supervisors, as well as dedicated monitor technicians to assist nursing staff with telemetry monitoring. The facility utilizes EPIC as its charting system and is committed to maintaining quality patient care through organized onboarding and unit-specific orientation processes.
