**Exciting Opportunity for a Night Shift NICU Nurse!**

- **Shift:** 12-hour Nights, 7 PM to 7:30 AM
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Contract Length:** 91 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours weekly

**Job Overview:**
Join our dynamic team in our special care nursery, seamlessly integrated with our labor and delivery unit! This is where your passion for nursing meets an exciting environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care to neonates in a special care nursery setting
- Attend deliveries of vaginal births and assist in cesarean sections
- Care for infants born at 32 weeks and above, including grower feeders
- Administer surfactant via LMA to appropriate candidates
- Start IVs and provide overall support for neonates
- Float to postpartum or pediatrics if needed, with assistance as required

**Qualifications:**
- 3-4 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in NICU or SCN
- Previous experience in postpartum preferred, but not required
- Comfortable assisting in deliveries and skilled in IV starts
- Cerner experience preferred

**Unit Highlights:**
- 18 bed LDRP unit with a supportive team of 8-9 RNs, including 2 trained in SCN
- Average census of 2-5 neonates in the SCN
