ICU Travel Nurse Job Details

• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19143 (Pennsylvania nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Job Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Assignment Length: 2 weeks
• Start Date: August 31, 2025
• Shifts per Week: 3 (12-hour day shifts)
• Total Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,860 – $2,200

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to excel in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies
