Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state (required for travel nursing jobs in NJ)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Proven ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication, clinical assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability to new healthcare settings and protocols

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
