ER RN Travel Job Details

• Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046 (Atlanta metro area)
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (ED)
• Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• End Date: February 21, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7pm–7am), 3 shifts/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,610–$1,650 per week
• Holiday Requirements: Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse license (Georgia or compact state)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Lawrenceville, GA

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage for a variety of acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to medical emergencies
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
