- Contract Duration: 14 weeks
- Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2870 - $2950 per week
- Call Requirements: 1 late call/week (5:30p-7:30p), 1 call shift/week (5:30p-7:00a), 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule
Radiologic Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, CT Technologist, or Cath Lab Tech
- Active Kentucky State Radiology License or Compact License through ARRT (pending license accepted at submission)
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
- PALS certification required before start
- Successful completion of EKG onboarding exam
- Experience with Epic EHR and McKesson systems required
- Level 1 trauma experience preferred
- Ability to float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
- Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted
Radiology Job Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures in the Cath Lab, including CT imaging
- Assist with angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations, and advanced imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment (Philips Single, Bi Plane Angiography preferred)
- Provide patient care for neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Document procedures and patient information accurately using Epic EHR
- Participate in call rotation and respond to emergencies as scheduled
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control protocols
