Job Details – Arizona Cath Lab Tech Travel Contract

• Location: Flagstaff, Arizona (86001) – Northern Arizona healthcare jobs
• Facility: Teaching Hospital, Level I Trauma Center, Short Term Acute Care
• Department: Cath Lab
• Contract Type: Travel healthcare contract
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• End Date: March 2, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4x10-hour days (07:00 - 17:30)
• Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed hours; facility may call off up to 6 times during assignment)
• On Call: 18 days of call in 8 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: As needed
• Floating: May float to outpatient cath lab or affiliate hospitals
• Scrub Color: Provided in Cath Lab
• Charting System: Cerner
• Parking: Free onsite parking
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2450 - $2510

Qualifications – CT / Rad Tech Cath Lab Jobs

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech, CT Technologist, or Radiologic Technologist
• Valid ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – Required
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
• Level I Trauma hospital experience preferred
• Ability to interpret 12-lead EKGs and cardiac rhythm
• Flexible to float to other units and participate in scheduled on-call rotation
• Strong professional references: Two required (one from most recent employer within 1 year, one within 2 years)

Responsibilities – Cath Lab Technologist

• Perform cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab
• Monitor and document patient vitals and procedure details accurately
• Assist with angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, pacemaker insertion, and advanced cardiac procedures
• Operate specialized equipment including Rotablader, IAPB, Impella, and related devices
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to safety and quality standards
• Float to outpatient cath lab or affiliate hospitals as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent cases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
